As used in this chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 1983, c. 835, §1 (NEW).]
1. Bureau. "Bureau" means the Bureau of Health.
2. Director. "Director" means the Director of the Bureau of Health or the director's designee.
