Violation as unfair trade practice

Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a violation of Title 5, chapter 10, the Unfair Trade Practices Act. [PL 1977, c. 488, §1 (NEW).]

Any intentional violation of this chapter shall be a Class D crime.
