Sec. 11. An authority may do 1 or more of the following: (a) Contract for zoological services with an accredited zoological institution. (b) Levy a tax as provided in section 13. (c) Enter into contracts incidental or necessary for the accomplishment of this act. (d) Contract for or retain professional services.
