Michigan strategic fund board meetings; livestream requirements.

Sec. 16b. (1) A meeting of the Michigan strategic fund board that will consider approval of a transformational brownfield plan or an amendment to a transformational brownfield plan must be livestreamed and recorded. (2) As used in this section, "Michigan strategic fund board" means the board of directors of the Michigan strategic fund under section 5 of the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2005.
