Violation of act; misdemeanor.

Sec. 3. Any owner, operator or employee of a camp, tourist home, tourist room, cabin, house trailer camp or other sleeping accommodation, who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
