Sec. 6. (1) The excise taxes are in addition to any other taxes, charges, or fees. (2) The excise taxes levied by a local unit of government are in addition to any excise taxes levied by a county. (3) The excise taxes levied by a county are in addition to any excise taxes levied by a local unit of government.
