“Ballot container” and “metal seal” or “seal” defined.

Sec. 14a. As used in this act: (a) "Ballot container" means a container that is used for transporting and storing voted ballots, as described and approved under section 24j. (b) "Metal seal" or "seal" means a seal of high tensile strength that is approved by the secretary of state under section 36.
