Grant award; records of revenues and expenditures; funds received from Michigan justice training fund.

Sec. 8. (1) A grantee receiving a grant award as provided in this act shall maintain records of grant revenues and expenditures separate from other funding sources. (2) A grantee receiving a grant award as provided in this act shall report to the commission all expenditures of funds received from the Michigan justice training fund, in a manner and at intervals prescribed by the commission. Each training program financed in whole or in part by a grant award from the Michigan justice training fund shall be separately identified in the report.
