Sec. 88. (1) Highway M-72 in Alcona county shall be known as the "Hazen Shirley 'Kiki' Cuyler Memorial Highway". (2) Highway US-10 in the city of Evart in Osceola county beginning at the intersection of US-10 and River street and continuing west to the intersection of US-10 and 95th street shall be known as the "George Edward (Ted) Seman Memorial Highway".
