Violation; civil infraction; other violations arising from same transaction.

Sec. 666. (1) A person who violates this division is responsible for a civil infraction and may be fined as provided in section 907. (2) This division does not prohibit a person from being charged with, convicted of or being found responsible for, ordered to pay a fine or costs, or punished for any other violation of law arising out of the same transaction as the violation of this division.
