Smoking prohibited within or on streetcar or station; violation as civil infraction.

Sec. 791b. (1) A person shall not smoke any substance, use an e-cigarette, carry lighted tobacco, or spit within or on a streetcar or station that is a part of a street railway system. (2) A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
