Food and beverages prohibited on or within a streetcar or station; exceptions; violation as civil infraction.

Sec. 791d. (1) A person 2 years of age or older shall not eat, drink, or carry an open container of food or beverage on a streetcar or within a station that is part of a street railway system. (2) Subsection (1) does not restrict or otherwise prohibit a nursing mother from nursing her child. (3) A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
