Disposal of garbage prohibited on or in a streetcar or station; violation as a civil infraction.

Sec. 791e. (1) A person shall not dispose of garbage, papers, gum, refuse, or another form of trash, on a streetcar or in a station that is part of a street railway system, except in receptacles designated for that purpose on the streetcar or in the station. (2) A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
