Definitions.

Sec. 1. As used in this act: (a) "Department" means the department of natural resources. (b) "Director" means the director of the department of natural resources. (c) "Livestock" means cattle, swine, sheep, goats, or poultry located in this state. (d) "Person" means an individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or other legal entity.
