Terms defined in act; meanings; use of terms "critical violation" and "noncritical violation."

Sec. 1113. (1) A term defined in the food code has the same meaning when used in this act, except as specifically defined in this act. (2) The terms "critical violation" and "noncritical violation" shall not be used by a regulatory authority to classify violations of the food code.
