Sec. 6111. (1) A license applicant or license holder shall submit in writing to the director a change in approved plans and specifications. Written approval must be obtained before construction under the approved plans and specifications. (2) Upon request of the director, a license applicant or license holder shall submit as-built plans, clearly showing the work as constructed.
