Mobile units with retention tanks; sanitary disposal of liquid waste.

Sec. 6131. (1) Each commissary where mobile units with retention tanks are serviced shall provide for the sanitary disposal of liquid waste. (2) The local health department shall approve locations for the sanitary disposal of liquid waste.
