Person found under influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled substance while in uniform or on state military property; punishment.

Sec. 112. (1) A person subject to this code who is not a sentinel or a lookout as described in section 113 shall not be either of the following: (a) Under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a controlled substance while in uniform and on military property. (b) Under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a controlled substance while on duty. (2) A person who violates this section shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
