Pollution prevention; incorporation; purpose; personnel and support staff.

Sec. 14302. (1) The department shall incorporate pollution prevention goals within its regulatory and permit programs, including data collection and analysis to advance the concept and implementation of pollution prevention. (2) The department shall employ personnel and provide support staff as are necessary to implement this part.
