Other privileges not limited.

Sec. 14808. This part does not limit, waive, or abrogate either of the following: (a) The scope or nature of any statutory or common law privilege, including the work product doctrine and the attorney-client privilege. (b) Any existing ability or authority to challenge privilege under Michigan law.
