Prohibited conduct; exception.

Sec. 31507. (1) A person shall not construct, enlarge, repair, reconstruct, alter, remove, or abandon any dam except in a manner provided for in this part. (2) This section does not apply to maintenance performed on a dam that does not affect the structural integrity of the dam.
