Engineering study.

Sec. 32303. Before January 1, 1975, the department shall make or cause to be made an engineering study of the shoreland to determine: (a) Flood risk areas. (b) The frequency with which a flood risk area can be expected to be flooded. (c) Appropriate rules necessary to prevent damage or destruction to property.
