Receipt of completed application; review by department; issuance of permit; conditions.

Sec. 32605. Upon receiving a complete application for a submerged log removal permit, the department shall do both of the following: (a) Place the application on public notice for a 20-day period for review and comment. (b) Submit a copy to the department of natural resources and the department of state for their review and comment.
