Development rights agreement or easement; execution authorized; provisions.

Sec. 36102. (1) The state land use agency may execute a development rights agreement or easement on behalf of the state. (2) The provisions of a development rights agreement or easement shall be consistent with the purposes of this part and shall not permit an action which will materially impair the character of the land involved.
