Definitions.

Sec. 52701. As used in this part: (a) "Forestry commission" means a forestry commission appointed by a municipality pursuant to this part. (b) "Legislative body" means any board of supervisors, township board, city or village legislative body, or school district board. (c) "Municipality" means a county, township, city, village, or school district.
