Testing station; prohibited conduct.

Sec. 6510. (1) A testing station shall not falsely represent that the motor vehicle has passed or failed an inspection or reinspection. (2) A testing station shall not falsely represent repairs or falsely estimate the price for repairs that are necessary to allow a person to obtain a certificate of compliance or a certificate of waiver.
