Definitions.

Sec. 76501. As used in this part: (a) "Commission" means the Mackinac Island state park commission created in section 76503. (b) "Director" means the director of the Mackinac Island state park commission. (c) "Motor vehicle" means any device that is self-propelled, or partially self-propelled, by which a person or property may be transported or drawn.
