Violation of part as misdemeanor; violation of 82113 and 82114(1) as civil infraction.

Sec. 82133. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this part, a person who violates this part is guilty of a misdemeanor. (2) An individual who violates section 82113 for a first time is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $150.00. (3) An individual who violates section 82114(1) for a first time is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $150.00.
