Sec. 10201. As used in this part: (a) "Bank or storage facility" means a facility licensed, accredited, or approved under the laws of any state for storage of human bodies or physical parts of human bodies. (b) "Next of kin" means the spouse of a deceased individual or a person related to a deceased individual within the third degree of consanguinity as determined by the civil law method.
