Individual under influence of alcohol or controlled substance; prohibition.

Sec. 13112. (1) An individual shall not tattoo, brand, or perform body piercing on another individual if the other individual is under the influence of alcoholic liquor or a controlled substance. (2) An individual who is under the influence of alcoholic liquor or a controlled substance shall not tattoo, brand, or perform body piercing on another individual.
