Sec. 16267. (1) A licensee who obtains from a test subject a test result that indicates that the test subject is HIV infected shall comply with the reporting requirements of section 5114. (2) As used in this section: (a) "HIV" means human immunodeficiency virus. (b) "HIV infected" means that term as defined in section 5101.
