License required; use of term "freestanding birth center".

Sec. 20711. (1) A freestanding birth center must be licensed under this article. (2) "Freestanding birth center" or a similar term or abbreviation must not be used to describe or refer to a health facility or agency unless it is licensed by the department under this article.
