Exemption; conflict with federal law; rules.

Sec. 21615. (1) Any individual or entity owning, operating, or providing services at a mobile dental facility is exempt from this part if the mobile dental facility is used solely to provide services that are rendered without compensation. (2) If a provision in this part conflicts with a federal law regulating nursing homes, the federal law prevails. (3) The department may promulgate rules to implement this part.
