Sec. 6249. (1) An individual or an agent, representative, or officer of a person subject to this part, which individual, agent, representative, or officer violates this part, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (2) A conviction for a violation of this part is a sufficient ground for revocation of the license of the person subject to this part.
