Violation; civil penalties.

Sec. 17. A person who violates this act shall be subject to civil penalties for each violation or each day that a violation continues in accordance with the following schedule: (a) For a first violation $ 2,000.00 (b) For second violation $ 5,000.00 (c) For a third or subsequent violation $ 10,000.00
