Additional definitions.

Sec. 551. As used in sections 553 to 559: (a) "Employee of the department" means an individual employed by the department or a person under contract to the department whose duty it is to enforce the provisions of this act or rules promulgated or orders issued under this act. (b) "Citation" means a form prepared by the department pursuant to section 553.
