Intermediate district to receive amount for pupils attending Michigan Schools for the Deaf and Blind.

Sec. 54. Each intermediate district receives an amount per pupil for each pupil in attendance at the Michigan Schools for the Deaf and Blind. The amount is proportionate to the total instructional cost at each school. The department shall not allocate more than $1,688,000.00 of the allocation for 2025-2026 in section 51a(1) under this section.
