Graduate medical education programming support.

Sec. 236l. (1) Funds appropriated in section 236(10) must be paid to support graduate medical education programming. (2) Payments under this section must be made in 1 lump sum to a partnering public university identified by the department of health and human services. (3) A public university that receives a payment under this section must contribute the entire amount received to the department of health and human services, in a form and manner determined by the department of health and human services, by no later than 30 days after the payment is received. (4) The department of health and human services must use funds received to support graduate medical education programs in this state.
