Administering, conducting, and canvassing election and special election.

Sec. 107. (1) An election under this act shall be called, administered, conducted, and canvassed as provided in this act and the Michigan election law. (2) A special election under this act shall be held on a regular election day established under section 641 of the Michigan election law, MCL 168.641.
