Sec. 850. As used in this chapter: (a) "Michigan opioid healing and recovery fund" means the Michigan opioid healing and recovery fund created in section 3 of the Michigan trust fund act, 2000 PA 489, MCL 12.253. (b) "Opioid advisory commission" means the opioid advisory commission created in section 851.
