Office of legislative corrections ombudsman; creation; legislative corrections ombudsman as principal executive officer; appointment; term.

Sec. 2. (1) The office of the legislative corrections ombudsman is created within the legislative council. (2) The principal executive officer of the office of the legislative corrections ombudsman is the legislative corrections ombudsman who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the council.
