Compliance required; assignability or transferability.

Sec. 35. (1) A millionaire party licensee shall comply with this act and the rules promulgated under this act. (2) A millionaire party licensee shall comply with the terms and requirements of the license. (3) A millionaire party license is not assignable or transferrable, and a licensee shall not assign or transfer a millionaire party license.
