Registration of multibranded product; "multibranded product" defined.

Sec. 604. A supplier that registers a multibranded product with the commission shall appoint the wholesaler or wholesalers that have rights to the supplier's underlying brand. As used in this section, "multibranded product" means any beer, wine, mixed wine drink, or mixed spirit drink that includes 2 or more brands of different suppliers.
