Sec. 609. (1) Final orders issued by the administrator under this act are subject to judicial review pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328. (2) Rules adopted under this act are subject to judicial review pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
