Collocation of small cell wireless facilities; prohibited authority.

Sec. 11. (1) Except as provided in this act, an authority shall not prohibit, regulate, or charge for the collocation of small cell wireless facilities. (2) The approval of a small cell wireless facility under this act authorizes only the collocation of a small cell wireless facility and does not authorize either of the following: (a) The provision of any particular services. (b) The installation, placement, modification, maintenance, or operation of a wireline backhaul facility in the ROW.
