Unregulated services; tariff.

Sec. 402. (1) A provider of an unregulated service may file with the commission a tariff which shall contain the information the provider determines to be appropriate regarding the offered service. (2) The commission shall retain a tariff filed under this section and make all information contained in the tariff available to the public.
