Recording of amendment to recorded condominium document required; copy to co-owner.

Sec. 91. (1) An amendment to the master deed or other recorded condominium document shall not be effective until the amendment is recorded. (2) A copy of the recorded amendment shall be delivered to each co-owner of the project.
