Director of department of energy, labor, and economic growth; records and indexing; fees.

Sec. 242. (1) The director of the department of energy, labor, and economic growth shall maintain a permanent file of plats and the index shall contain all pertinent information necessary to facilitate reference. (2) A fee established by the director of the department of energy, labor, and economic growth shall be collected for copies of plats.
