Sheriff and deputy, coroner; aid in performing duties.

Sec. 584. The sheriff, his deputies, and any coroner or constable having the power to perform such duty may require suitable aid in (a) serving process in civil or criminal cases; (b) preserving the peace; (c) apprehending or securing any person for felony or breach of the peace.
