103B.601 DEFINITIONS. § Subdivision 1.Applicability. The definitions in this section apply to sections 103B.601 to 103B.645. § Subd. 2.Board. "Board" means the governing board of the directors of the district. § Subd. 3.District. "District" means the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District. § Subd. 4.Municipality. "Municipality" means the home rule charter or statutory city of Minnetrista, Mound, Spring Park, Orono, Minnetonka Beach, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Woodland, Deephaven, Shorewood, Greenwood, Excelsior, Tonka Bay, or Victoria.
